Just sitting here daydreaming about all the wonderful things I could do and the great yard I could have if I won the £19m on the euromillions tonight and wondered what horse endeavours everyone else would undertake with the money?

I would go mad...............crazy bonkers mad, new house with land, loddon boxes, new lehel lorry, xc course, indoor and outdoor menage.................................. drooling now.........

Pay off my debts & my family's debts first.
Buy a nice house with about 50 acres to play with my horses on - and build a nice xc course, indoor & outdoor schools and a nice house for my German Gold medal winning dressage trainer to reside in that I will tempt over from Deutschland just to train me & my horses.
Buy myself a Grand Prix schoolmaster or two and start breeding fantastic dressage horses.
Give 2m to the Brooke Hospital for Animals
Buy my parents & brother a much bigger, nice house each & probably give them 500k to play with.
Pay off my 3 closest friends mortgages.
Then give the rest to an investment specialist so I can afford to play ponies all day!

Yep, got it all planned out.

Of course, I would still continue to do the same job

a horse for hubby, fat pony for toddler son and a schoolmaster eventer for me, oh and a crappy box to get the lot in! And a groom for sunday mornings so i get a lie in! Good Luck!

Sad as it sounds the first thing I'd do would be to take my parents house and car shopping - they have been so good to me lately. A lot would go to charity too as I really couldn't spend that much - I hate shopping!!!

I'd buy a nice house with stables and land for mine and my friends horses, a nice youngster for dressage, I'd get a couple more rescue dogs and I wouldn't do the stressful job I do now!!
Also I'd buy my friend a new lorry and an advanced event horse and make sure my family had everything they needed.

Talk carefully to the Lotterys fiancial advisers

Then
Give some money to all work collegues , have big leaving party and quit work.
Upgrade Parents canal boat and get their current one refitted through out or something along those lines.
Have a chat with sis and help her out with anything I can.

With the horses I get a bit stuck do I go for option a)my own place wit my own setup for the whole familly or option b) get a nice house but put horses at full livery at very good local dressage place where I could have daily lessons etc.

That one I can't decide yet.

Also buy myself a lovely lorry.

I would buy this place:

house 1

or maybe this one:
House 2

In fact I might have the first one and let my friend have the other or vice versa. The first one would need redecorating lots though as not my taste at all. I'd build a nice indoor school on both and get us both a horse box so we could meet up whenever. Would be nicer if they were nearer to each other though. I'd also buy a couple of other horses, especially one that was a bit saner on the ground than present nutty mare. I'd have lots more lessons too so I could improve lots

In fact you shouldn't have started this as I am going to be very gutted tonight when I don't even win £6.50.

I would buy the land my dad has been renting for the cattle, just to annoy the people who have just inherited it! I would also have the farm done up, all the fencing, roofs etc redone.
Give them money to do what they wanted, and take them car/house/cow shopping

Pay for my mum to do the house up as she wants it.
Put some money away for my brother.
Buy a nice house, land, stables, lorry, horses, etc.
Give an amount to my boyfriend to pay off his depts.

Hmm with all that in mind maybe I should pop to the shop and actually put the lottery on!

Pay off debts and quit job!

Pay off parent's mortgage and give Mum enough money to buy her own place (long story!)

Buy a nice house with land, outdoor & indoor menage, xc course, stables, horse walker, equine swimming pool etc and invite all my friends to move onto yard with me.

Get custom made horsebox.

Buy SJ schoolmaster for Mum, dressage schoolmaster and event schoolmaster for me and a couple of youngsters.

Rehome lots of rescue dogs

Go to college and study equine sports/massage therapy

Give some money to PDSA

Buy TVR Tuscan Speed 6 in Chameleon paint (my dream car - see film Swordfish)

Put plenty of money in savings

I already have stables at home and love my house so probably wouldnt move. I would buy the house next door though, for my sister and we would then have loads of land together.
Would pay off my closest friends mortgage as they are always broke.
Would make sure my family were financially secure
Would by an Oakley Supreme 6 horse
Woul buy my friend a badminton horse as she is a brilliant rider and its her ambition to ride there.
Get a grand prix schoolmaster for my sister
Buy another event horse for me.
Get matching Aston Martins for me and my hubby
Form a rally team so we could both do that again. had to give that up when I bought the house.
Put in a swimming pool and have the whole place redecorated and the garden landscaped.
erm.... the list goes on! Cant see the money lasting too long can you?

by me & family a house with lots of land,

build a big barn and loose boxes, have a huge outdoor arena and an indoor one, post and rail fecne the fields and build a gallop track/XC course around the edge. by myself one of those fantastic jump sets from jump for joy (or whoever) buy a 4 horse lorry.

oh and i nearly forgot - buy myself my first horse and a cob for mum to learn to ride on, a sheltand cause they're gorgous and a project horse
grin.gif

but if i couldnt have all of that i'd just want a horse!

I would buy a house with stables, indoor school the size of olympia with the same show jumps, wash room, rug room, walker, and enough land to run my own stud and another house in the grounds for my mum.

Would buy a whittaker lorry that would fit around 10 horses and hire someone to drive it as that huge thing would scare me!!

Go to germany and buy 5 or 6 youngsters and employ someone to bring them on.

I would become and international eventer and travel the world.............and then........................wake up! tehe.

umm would by huge house, with big american style barn that had around 10 - 12 stables and 50 acers (or so!). i would then build a big indoor and outdoor school, croos country course and by lots of showjumps to put in the new schools
tongue.gif
. i would then fill the stables with my existing horses and buy lots of young potential eventers!
tongue.gif

i would then buy close family all new houses and pay of mortages loans ect then give them around 500-700K each!
smile.gif

would donate around 500K each to brooke, redwings, ILPH and battersy!

Stick Ten million in the bank to live off (interest would be astronomical!). Blow 9million on friends, Family, Me and horses!! Nice house, car, lorry, horses, yard etc etc etc etc
grin.gif

Small house with tons of land, stables, school etc. Set up a small stud.

Lots of security so no one could pinch my tack and new lorry!

Give up work. Pay off family and close friends mortgages and debts

Ensure I invest enough money to live off very comfortably for the rest of my life and then set up a trust to give the rest of the money away to meaningful causes and people I meet through my life who are struggling and I feel deserve a break.

Would not give to people who beg though. Hate that.
