I have just purchased a rambo wug with full neck for £50.00 plus £8 postage and packaging.

The lady has just emailed me this

Hi, Whilst packing up the rug I have noticed a small tear - about 2-3 inches long, on the inside of the neck, no stuffing has come out and it will not effect the waterproof or the warmth of the rug but I am aware that I have not mentioned it in the listing so wanted to let you know before I post. Please let me know if you are happy to continue sale - if not I will refund your money. Sorry for the problem - I just didnt notice it.

what do you think i should do?

You can ask her for a reduction in price, she can part refund you on ebay, i would ask for 5-10 off or no sale maybe, depends on if you can get it cheaper. I do not know what you can get a rambo for as i tend to buy unbranded rugs
 
Get the needle and thread out and leave positive feedback for her honesty! If she knew it was there and didn't say on the listing hoping it would make more, that's a bit sneaky but it sounds as if you still should have a bargain anyway.

I've got a similar one 5ft 9in. (I think, know it's a Rhino with full neck) that I don't need again.......................
 
Ask for £10 off!! Then mend it, you may as well get a discount, if she had listed it as slightly damaged she probably wouldn't have got so much.

Not exactly as described really. Up to you what you do really. You could try to get a small refund against the cost, but is it still wearable and theerfore still a bargain?
