Sky123 has the right idea. DIY is just that they do it themselves. Get rid of her as she could start your other liveries thinking they should expect more for their money.Bedfordshire where I live I'd say £30-40 a week taking turn out, pay on top extras like getting in changing rugs ect. nearer london a lot more.When I was at DIY all the liveries had to sweep up after themselves and make sure the muck trailer was tidy and we had to pay for electric on top of that.
