5 acres of grazing in cambs?? No water to the field????? Sorry for being really vauge but I want to guage what you think of this before I fill you all in!!!

Well I rent a field to my neighbour - it is 3 acres and has a water supply, and charge £20 per week.
Based on that I would say £30 - £40 pw?
