A 14.2hh ponio, connemara x, in medium-ish/light work.
He does schooling (about 30-45 mins), hacking (roadwork or short walk and trot hacks), jumping (approx 2ft6-2ft9) and occasionally xc, and one or two days off a week. He is steady in the school but not lazy, can be a little spooky out hacking, but that's actually me as I'm nervous hacking

He is out in the field during the day and is in at night. He gets a net of haylage at night.
Here he is:

Not looking to change his feed, just curious as to what other people would be feeding him?

(He doesn't get mix, it sends him a bit loopy)

Thanks

How would you say his condition is for this time of year, going into spring? That pic was taken last week

Edited to add schooling is 30-45 mins

He's ridden 5 or 6 days a week, and is plenty fit enough to be doing the workload we're asking of him

He loves jumping, we jump once a week

Also hoping to be more brave in the summer and go out on longer hacks

His workload would actually be described as light work. From that photo he looks like he's carrying a bit too much condition, so I would cut out hard feed. But if you want to make sure he's getting enough vits/mins feed him a handful of Hi-Fi Lite with something like Feedmarks Benevit Advance.

He looks lovely though.

You were spot on, he get's Hi-Fi Lite

He's wintered extremely well this year, we've given him haylage instead of hay.
Here's some more pics from the same day, I'll try and get some pics of him on level ground without a rider tomorrow
