See now, some people wouldnt look at a fox as vermin so its already influential to the answers your going to get.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, you can say that but its a fact that they are classed in the same league as rats etc which is vermin. That's a fact, not an opinion.

[/ QUOTE ]

Only usually by upper class twits that like to chase them all over the countryside on horseback, before having a starving pack of hounds rip them to shreds.

Since when are hounds starved??? Do you have proof of this

This is very, very concerning.

Which hunts????

The hounds that I have seen are certainly never starving.

And foxes are vermin. However, for the record - I do love them. Glorious creatures. But control is necessary at times.

As much as some people hate foxes, their habitats were here long before humans built housing estates on them.Just trying to see both sides of the issue.

It was the middle of a field, I don't hack my horse anywhere near housing estates

this was a truely wild fox no urban scum roaming the countryside looking for a bin to break into.

As for them being vermin, they are generally classed as vermin by city dwellers and countryside people alike, it's not just the upper class that feel this way about them. Please don't turn this into a hunting debate, it would go on for pages and have no resolve

I would never have tried to free it myself, I would sooner put my hand in a cage beside a rabbid dog than approach a trapped fox.
