8 acres split into a field of 2 acres and 6 acres. Good grass. Barn of 20x20 as a shelter. Access to a yard (5 minute walk/hack) to use the school, hardstanding, hose, tackroom. The catch is that there aren’t self-filling troughs so have to be filled from a hose.

Would be interested in a price per horse, or a price overall (but max horses 4).

ETA: expensive area in Oxfordshire

I think £600 a month for 4 horses would give you sufficient choice of applicants provided well fenced.

I paid £475 a month for 6.5 acres in Berkshire with no shelter, no automatic water (they provided ICBs) and no access to school or hard standing so £600 seems like a good deal to me.
