What would you pay for livery

Just enquiring what you would pay for a DIY livery with very decent sized stables, 24/7 turn out in summer and day turn out in winter, straw to be included, electric and water on site, with self filling water troughs, one gelding field and one mares, storage and tea and coffee facilities? No school but nice local hacking - 10-15minute hack from a gallop. Would be a very small yard with around 7 stables.

Would you expect pay extra for individual turn out?#
What would you expect to pay someone to do services aswell?

I wouldn't expect to pay extra for individual but I would pay it of required. I'd rather it was an initial cost to support the fencing requirements than an increased livery.

I would be willing to pay £40 a week for what you are offering, depending on locations.

I pay 50p/£1 for most extras. Rug change 50p, bring in £1, pick out feet 50p. You get the idea 😊

Depends where you are. Surrey/Sussex btwn £120-150. Lack of school will limit you a bit.

Depends on the area but a friend has something similar for 95 a month. Is there an option to build a school?

I pay £90 for that plus straw at 15 a bale
Or at my other yard £130 with facilities + shavings at about £60 a month
