*This ISNT an advert* but what would you expect to pay for this?
A 7 year old, 16Hh bright bay thoroughbred mare. She has done XC and would excel at it as she is very brave and forward, she has also done SJ at home and away (not competed). She would do a great dressage test as she has very flashy paces and works nicely in an outline. She loves her work and is very happy to try anything you put her to and isnt fazed by anything. She is 110% in the heaviest traffic, hacks out alone and in company. She isnt spooky at all, she has the potential to hunt. She is also Good to box, clip, catch and load in both a box and wagon.

If you could turn all those "could do"s into "has done" you would add quite a lot on.. Even if she had done clinics/farm rides.

For me it would also depend on what type of TB - a chunkier type or a weedier type..

£1000 is a very low value. Best thing to do is to put in 7yr old, 16 tb in sales ads search engines and see what comes up similar - then see how much they're up for - doesn't mean they will sell for that, but will give you an idea..

Honey, I have done just that and got results for about 2.5 - 4+ k for horses that are less than her and she is ror eligable and she isnt a 'weedy one' but she is on the fine side

Not a lot, maybe £2k.

From what I've read, with the mass breeding of TBs for racing and ergo surplus stock, good TBs aren't THAT hard to find. As someone has said the potential isn't realised therefore she isn't really standing out from the crowd atm. IMO.
