DIY, but i will feed/ turnout in moring if needed.

Also its in Cheshire.

Well i'm also in Cheshire. I pay £30 per week for DIY which includes ad lib hay and straw. 11 stables. About 20 acres of turnout + 300 acres of fields to ride in in the summer. BUT...No arena or tea room or lunge pen. Shared tack room and plenty of parking for trailers/boxes. Fab hacking!
Other yards in our area all have arenas, but crappy grazing. For DIY on it's own, it's about £18-£20 per week.
The only other yard with good grazing AND a menage (but still no lunge pen or tea room) is £35 per week, including a bale of shavings and a bale of hay.

So for you, i'd reckon at least £25 per week, possibly/probably more. Depends on the hacking.

Sounds very cheap to me? but I am south east so may be more pricey....

I was paying £100 per month per horse for stable and limited grazing (needed hay year round and some restrictions in the winter) and a 15x30 school (on a slope!!!). Lovely people, 11 box yard, reasonable hacking (needed to cross a busy road).

If your place is tidy and well turned out, I'd say £30 per week per horse basic DIY, which is what other yards round here charge if you have a school available.

Well at the mo i charge £18.00 per week.

The yard is tidy, only go some pics with horses in but you get the idea if you look at the background.

Smirnoff- The hacking is very quiet, but if you go the other way you are on the A49 so very close to motor way.

My yard is pretty much the same - we pay £110 per calendar month - extra to park lorries and trailers, plus if you need assistance, i.e. with turnout/bringing in that is also chargable at £2 per day. I would love to find a yard that charges £18 per week - that sounds very cheap to me!

Looks similar to my yard in Lymm I pay £25 per week for part livery. That included a morning feed, rugs changed and turning out 7 days a week on excellent grazing.

I pay £115 a month for stable and grazing, plus a lovely big outdoor school. For feeding and turning out, I pay £1.50 a day

I pay £250 per month for two horses - this includes assisted livery if needed, all my haylage for the month, bedding, use of school and jumps (school is 90x40), limited turnout but have out door pens to go out in, great hacking - no need to go on a road and discounted lessons. It's in Glos tho so prices differ from area to area

This sounds almost identical to my yard apart from I have 20 acres but same amount of stables etc and I charge £25 per week purely DIY obviously includes unlimited use of the school, I then charge £1.50 turn out or bring in with rug change & £1.00 for feeding, £3.50 to muck out with liveries own supplies. Hope this helps
