what would you pay to rent this......

theres a yard in south east with 19 stables with menage, a couple of acres horse walker and lunge arena - needs SO much work - but what would you pay rent for this???

I wouldn't rent it - you could go in, improve and then had it sold from underneath you - far better off trying to buy it!

not for sale - its on a long lease so first contract is for 4 years....

I wouldn't do it. You could pour thousands in, get up and running, and then your contract is not renewed.

I agree, would they all live in? Not many people want their horse in all the time and what about if one needs to be off work. If you put out a few at a time for an hour or so it soon cuts up 2 acres.

I would not want to have more than a couple of horses on a couple of acres :-o

might be worth checking if you could rent further land adjacent to the property?

Nothing if it needs doing up, if however it was still usable I'd agree a maintainance plan with owner instead of rent. I'd also want more land.

4 years isnt very long.....20 years i would call a longish lease.

blimey I feel truly spoilt with my 4 stables and 7 acres! needs more land for more liking, unless every horse is going to be stabled all the time. 2 acres would be trashed very quickly in the winter...by 2 or more horses!
