What X is my Pony? (Welsh experts prob needed)

Hi Folks,

I own a small spotty type. He is half Appaloosa and I have all the breeding on his sire's side. He is by a little known stallion called Enfys Starcrested Gold who is by the more famous Champagne Charlie and out of My Fair Lady. I have managed to track down another of ESG's youngsters and the lady told me that the stallion was 16hh ish. CC is about 15hh.

Anyway I have no knowledge of his other half other than predicting that it is a welsh pony of some sort as a) he looks welsh (with spots) and b) he is from Wales - he was bred in Bala and sold through LLangollen sales.

Anyway - does anyone know what welsh it would have been? I was thinking C? He has just gone 4 and is 13.3hh - I don't think he will get much bigger tbh. I have put the sizes of the sire as I'm not into breeding so don't know if this has significance or has anyone other ideas on what he is?

Can't work out how to put pics on but if you go into my profile there are some on there. I have tried to track his breeder down with no joy.

It's not the end of the world if I never know but thought you could have a look for me (and you can look at a cute spotty pony).

I don't know I've never heard of doing that. I wanted to joint the Western Performance pony thing with him which is for American breeds crossed with british natives but I can't because can't prove the native bit : (
 
Most breed society's do it, as they hold the stud books and DNA. Get in contact with them and see what they advise - it usually costs about £20-40 i think?
