picton stud sponsor the NPS M+M novice summer champs I think

The Picton championship is run by the NPS. It is for novice M&M ponies. Qualifiers are held around the country and the final is held at the NPS summer show at Malvern in August.

Qualifying for the Picton is not usually difficult but the finals are generally won by producers ponies in their first season showing and by the time the show comes around a lot of the winners have also qualified for HOYS and possibly Olympia.
