this thread is a good idea! im always stuck for what to cook!! Tonight i have chucked two potatoes in the oven and am going to do crispy potatoe skins with barbeque sauce :-D

Had sweet & sour quorn stir fry. Made a big batch of chilli the other day so will be having that again later this week. Never thought of putting mince & cubed beef in a chilli... Nice idea, think
I'll do that next time I make a chilli!

risotto made with chorizo and served with runner beans.
Was going to make an Apple Amber for dessert but ran out of time, then thought I would do a butterscotch Angel Delight but not enough milk. Then noticed a bottle of pernod... ding dong.

Pig cheeks in cider, sounds disgusting but yummy, nom nom nom.

Btw add a touch of cinnamon to chiilie, just lovely

Well we took Spice the g pig to the vets and weve done the horses, still have to walk the dogs, so im afraid its tinned soup here tonight! Had a lovely stew last night though.
