What's going on at equestrian clearance?!

I've been waiting 2 weeks now for notice of a ruddy shavings fork (one of the wave ones) to be dispatched. Nowt.

Avoiding from now on.

there's a list of brands they own here. I can see few equestrian ones. though Im hoping this is wrong (i just got it from their website as I can see Horsewear on it?

They definitely don't own horseware, so I suspect that's just what they stock

My order has been put on hold. Does anyone know what this means? I'm so annoyed, they used to be so good and now they've really let me down

Mine has also been put on hold. When this has happened before they usually cancel.

Update, they had got my order wrong and told me it was on hold because an item was not in stock. Told them that the named item wasn't even part of my order and got a short apology. Asked for a refund as I've already got what I wanted elsewhere.

Will be avoiding in the future

Indeed! Mixed feeling for them, they were brilliant when I had my first horse back in 2010 but last time I ordered really put me off using them again
