They seized a local pony last week which I was really surprised about. It wasn’t in that bad a condition, although obviously would have gotten worse, so perhaps they’ve decided their image needs improving by actually doing something about welfare cases.

The photo in that link shows a pretty horrific state of a horse. Does seem to say the commended the RSPCA so thats a great result.

Sorry it says Commended. not condemed. Got it all wrong. I thought the FEI thought they shouldnt have prosecuted when in fact the opposit was true. misread it .
