What's harder than eventing with a baby?

Fab report as always, haven't been on ha nd h for ages so have missed that Vito is off games, hope he is ok.
My kids are much older than ypurs but remember cahiring a session at an international conference, with child 3 asleep in the corner. He woke up, started to winge and my boobs decided to release gallons of milk all over my top in front of the entire audience.

Hilarious as always!

Thanks!

Entertaining read as ever...

What is harder than eventing with a baby? .. Probably not much at all!

I struggle with just looking after the horses and have only just rode for first time 10 months after birth of second. Organising the farrier and getting horses in on time and without kids getting squashed is a challenge for me.

It's consistent, guilt free child care that's the hardest bit. ....Closely seconded by leaky boobs.

Well done. You're still my hero.

Yes - not squashing them with the horse is a bit of a challenge.

Amazing read as always. The only thing I can say is what's harder than eventing with a baby...... eventing with two babies :) ok i don't take my twins to many events and had to stop breast feeding early on ( but experienced the full force of leaking boobs in a mothercare changing room buying new bras!!) I am lucky hubby takes charge of my two as the thought of my free range, now toddlers, running wild at events would about tip me over the edge! A couple of rounds of showjumping or a dressage test is about do able with them in tow if you feed them enough cake!
My demon is a lot bigger and louder since having children, think like you i'll have stronger words with him or maybe just punch him in the face ;0)

Two babies. Oh my goodness! You deserve a medal too for managing to get near a competition! Well done.
