I am in the process of selling my mare and am unsure what she is worth.
16.1HH, 2nd premie, rising seven friesian mare. Well bred sired by Maiko and dam sire Anton. Can move like a star and has tons of dressage potential, she looks and moves like her sire who is competing PSG. Very pretty mare with loads of presence. She is good to hack, non spooky, will go first or last. Schools fine, needs a bit of schooling on to be ready to compete but is going to a dressage trainers yard at the weekend to be brought on and depending on how long she will be there for hopefully competed. She is light in your hand and has uphill paces. She loads and travels fine. She has good feet and works/hacks fine barefoot. Apparently she can also drive pairs/single but I have never done this.
Now for the bad bits, she needs reminding of her manners on the ground sometimes, she does not bite or kick but she can be bargy. She is fine most of the time but occasionaly lady bargy can make an appearance. She can also be a bit of a fidget to mount from block nothing bad and this is improving.
She is not for a total novice as she has big paces and can be sharp but she does not buck, rear, bolt.
Opinions appreciated, thanks.
