One that fits properly. Not being funny, but I must have a slightly unusual shaped head, and I've been doing the rounds of the tack shops trying on every make to find one that fits.
Daughter has an even larger head and we had a similar problem. Just waiting for a Champion ventair to come in in what we think is 'my' size, and I think that may be 'the one' that's right for me.
I can highly recommend properly trained fitters at local tack shops, otherwise I'd have ended up with one that was too loose. Even though I'm sure they'll be available online cheaper I am buying locally as having a local shop with a trained fitter is an asset that could disappear if not supported.
