Placebo effect worked wonders with us, unless that is the product my daughter took actually worked!! Kalms, used them for XC last year and they helped a lot, or maybe it was just the Placebo effect. Used to be Rescue Remedy, but hubby insists it is just Brandy!

AAA from the homeopathic shop is brilliant. keeps you calm but keeps you wits about you too. If not a good vodka and a fag !
