Whats the difference

between a Grakle and a Mexican grakle? or isn't there

I stand to be corrected but I think the Mexican is on rings and comes up higher on the side of the face. Could be wrong.

Mexican grackle has rings that sit much higher up the face than the ordinary grackle. not sure if that will make alot of sense so sorry if its useless!!! Google them or look at an online shop!
