Thinking about doing the intro at the unaffiliated event in september. Can't find any course pics on facebook etc, so would be really grateful if anyone who's been can enlighten me! :) Is the SJing on a surface? Ground? Good xc course? hard/easy? Do they do much to prepare going? I think they run a BE event there so hoping it can't be too bad :p

do you have any more info about the unaffiliated event? eg date, heights etc?

p.s. sorry to crash your post, my pony will be at college at MM in sept and i would be interested in doing this event :)

Showjumping is on surface, dressage is on grass. Going can be hard but they always work hard to make it good. Some fences have artificial take offs and landing where needed.

SL- if you go on bdwp.co.uk and scroll down under upcoming events, there's one called Moreton Morrell UA which has the date, entries and heights etc. Iirc there's a 90 and 100 and maybe an 80? :)
