We have quite a mix of types, colours, sizes abilities and ages. 13 horses, adult only yard, 10 liveries 3 owned by yard manager
Liveries:
3 IDxTB strangely enough all grey all 13 yrs old, 16.2-17.1
1 TB, bay ex racehorse 16hh 19yrs old
1TBxcob chestnut 16hh 12yrs old
1 Sec DxHackney bay 16hh 11 yrs old - for sale!
(all above do riding club activities)
1 TbxWBxSec D- 16.3 bay (intermediate eventer)
1 Sec D 14hh, chestnut - (hacking and lessons)
1Sec DxNF 14.2 bay, 22 yrs old retired due to navicular
1 NFxDartmoor dun 13.2 retired due to a foot problem

Owner's:
1 Arab x WB x TB 15.2, 17 yrs old. Not technically retired but not ridden at the moment as owner just had a baby and isn't sure if she'll bring him back into work.
1 Sec A brood mare 11hh 16yrs old-used to be 4 but only 1 left now.
1 Sec B colt 13hh 3 yrs old

Should say that all owners are lovely and never have any bitchiness - we all go everywhere together, riding club and even to events to support the one superstar on our yard!

We are quite a big yard, about 40 horses, 30 of which are DIY liveries which include childrens ponies, happy hackers, riding clubbers & good family horses that turn a hoof to anything!

The rest belong to YO & friends and are all WB/sport horse types which showjump, a couple of 2 year olds and 2 4yo's now learning things!

and my 2, highland x and connie x.
Everyone is competing this year although i do think there is a bit of rivalry between us.

It is mostly native ponies on the yard (Welshies, Shetland etc) 99% are happy hackers, oldies or just there as pets. Tyler fits in to the happy hacker category (at the moment, he doestn know what I have planned !!)

It's a very relaxed yard and most are happy hackers, with the exception of the old welshx who is retired

We have a complete mixture from small ponies and "happy hackers" to horses competing at BD, BSJA and BE - all horses are regularly ridden

The whole yard is full livery and we have dressage, show jumping, hunter trials, eventing and clinics all on site so we seem to have all round liveries!
