That all the showing kiddies are using at the mo?

Snaffle type ring but cheek pieces and reins attach to a fixed ring with in it. Cheek pieces at top, reins at bottom. Some poll pressure me thinks....

Girl i take out to shows has a very strong little pony who might benefit from it.

Beval snaffle, loop ring snaffle...and it has another name which I can't think of right now

Actually if it has cheek pieces it isn't this bit.

Yep it is this one though. Might help her out a little...pony is 16.3hh in a 13hh body. She rides her very well, but she's a little tank in canter, in the show ring! Just to give her the air of having a semblence of control!

What does she have him/her in at the moment?

I find this bit stronger than a half cheek snaffle, but not as strong as a 3 ring gag

Bevals are different from Wilkie's! The one in the picture above is a beval, with all the rings on the inside of the cheek ring. A wilkie is slightly different, the ring you attach the cheek piece to is on top of the cheek ring, whilst the rein ring is inside the cheek ring. Just thought you should know so you don't ask for the wrong one by mistake, I'd imagine their actions are very similar with wilkie applying slightly more poll pressure.

I was just going to mention that, most people call them both Wilkie, where they are not. The wilkie has the top loop outside the bit ring, the beval or loop ring has both loops inside the bit ring - if that makes sense.
