it's called something tap - where you get your horse down and keep them down until they are sort of asleep and trusting you when they realise no predator is going to get them etc...that describes it very badly, but a friend of mine does it, well, and would just like to see a vid off youtube or something.

Ive just read up about the method, im not impressed at all...

The videos are on youtube, by endospink, which is the nick-name of the man with the web site mentioned. I think his method is amazing. No ropes, whips, fear or shouting and he gets a horse who is happy to be ridden. Look at the video of the place he has in Japan. You dont work somewhere like that if your methods are wrong.
