Whats the strangest thing you ever jumped??

Have jumped over all strange things XC like oddly decorated things to look like giant caterpillars etc. But the oddest thing I think has to be one big plant of ragwort! Purely because its totally NOT something you expect to ever jump! I remember that so well, it was on my favourite riding school pony when I was about 8 - cantering up the field and he launched over it. I think that begun my love of jumping

My old mare refused a jump once but was in too late and ended up jumping over the wing instead - was very bizarre!

I also used to ride along the cliff path when I was young and stupid!!

We've jumped a sheep who ran in front of the hunt jump we were jumping!

Nearly jumped the judges' car bonnet when something spooked Rosie at an event, she bolted and I had no reins!!

Rows of pumpkins! I keep my horse near a veg grower and they harvested the pumpkins and left them in rows across the field - being one to never miss a chance to jump, over them we went

Also upturned boats on the beach - they make fab jumps.

when i was younger i jumped a kid who fell off. we were out hacking having a gallop on a group hack at a RS, a deer ran out of the woods and a few people fell off and my pony popped over one of them.
