I know it's been done to death, but I want to know your favourite breed/s of horse :)

And finally Friesians!

Well I love many breeds, welsh D's, Friesians etc, as they are simply stunning, but my all time favourite breed is a traditional cob without doubt, i will use my late girl as a lovely example of the breed :)

I do love seeing photos of your old girl, even if I haven't said so before! She was truly a stunner! Very very good example for the breed! :)

Although technically I dribble over any and every horse - I do seem to have a thing about Thoroughbreds: I seem to get rather attached to their sensitivity, intelligence & character (plus their quirks!). I don't really say "OoOohh, a Thoroughbred!" but the horses I have had a really deep bond with just so happen to often be TBs. Plus it is my dream to have an ex-racehorse :)

Arabs :)
And recently ish (because of my new boy :) )

also pres :)

Annielusian-black forest horse is stunning, never seen one before!

I also love mustangs!

In my old horse breeds book, they called it a Noriker horse, but then somewhere else called them a Black Forest horse and that seems to get more results on google :P haha!
They're so gorgeous! I'd love to own one!

In the last 20 years I have had dozens of horses of all kinds of shapes and sizes, but only three personal riding horses in all that time - all arabians. :D

Friesian, Dartmoor hill ponies ( they are not all awful) haflingers, welsh sec d, and sometimes you just can't beat a good old Heinz 57. We have 12 horses and tbh I could not choose if I had to, my friesian, are friesians and do what it says on the box, my warmblood is the biggest dope, but so sweet. My welsh never fit what a welsh should be like. All breeds are the same, but each horse is different.

ID's, TB's, Arabs, Welsh D....all sorts really, but if you were to ask what breed I'd buy next, would have to be something with some ID

I have a -
Welsh mountain
Shetland
Appaloosa x TB

And have had -
ISH pony
new forest

After my experiences I probably wouldn't want an appy x TB again far too quirky for my liking

Shetties

Damn phone wouldn't let me finish -

Shetties are lovely and I love welsh's although probably for me my favourite breed not for looks etc but for ridability and temperament are ISH's

I do like sells francais and warmbloods though!

Cleveland bays, and CB x TB I have had two and they are the most willing, kindness of horse I have owned and so comfortable. The only problem I can't find one!
