What's your favourite online store?

Wychanger have been utterly fantastic in the last ten days or so with an ongoing boots issue I've had, after Hope Valley left me hanging. Never did get an apology.

Not had a problem with Robinsons for generic stuff either, though they're slow to dispatch.
 
I like horse health, Ayr equestrian, equestrian clearance, sabre, dressage deluxe, classic dressage, tackshop.co.uk, national saddle centre, premier equine ... I shop too much!
To be fair, I've had great service from all websites tried so far.

Do we know for definite whether Faber and Co is a reincarnation of Bespoke Equestrian? I can't find them listed on Companies House, but I'm not entirely sure of the legalities of that.

I've had good service from HVS, Fur Feather Meds, and Horse Health in the past. Also like Naylors :).

Never ever buy something from the 'Polite' hi vis people. I ordered 3 hi-vis sheets (as they're currently super cheap) and only 1 was what I'd ordered. The other 2 were the wrong size, and the one was the wrong size and the wrong item. Useless.

Equestrian Performance are another to avoid - took me 4 months to get the pair of breeches that I'd ordered, rather than the wrong size/colour/brand.

You've reminded me that FFM is good and I agree equisafety/polite is terrible. Order came quickly but the quality is shambolic, odd shaped fit. Wrecked on first use. Intend to try and return as not fit for purpose but haven't started the process yet.

I remember seeing something both on here and on Facebook that confirmed it but can't find anything at the moment. I ~think~ they are but not 100% sure.

The Twitter Eventing Facebook page. The owner of the shop has been onto the post pretending everything's fine but there are loads of people complaining about still waiting for Black Friday stuff and the awful service.
I'm a bit miffed as was going to order Freejumps off them (cheaper than everyone else). If I'd known I'd have bought the ones from Edgemere with 20% off on Boxing Day. Ah well, hopefully there'll be something in Jan sales!
 
I have always only ever had excellent customer service from Hope Valley. Orders always come correct and within if not earlier than estimated delivery.
 
I've used Hope Valley several times and not had any issues.

I use rideaway quite a lot, and also the Eileen Douglas shop on eBay.
 
After posting a less than great review of Equestrian Clearance I wanted to come back and say what great service I'd just had from them.

My mare's rugs are all wet through and I can't get them dry so I searched all the usual online stores for something cheap to tide her over for a few days. Managed to find a MW rug with neck for £45.99. Delivery was cheaper than when I last ordered from them too. I ordered the rug yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning!

Fab service! :)

Barnstormers were lovely until they sold me a rug that leaked at the first rainfall then I had an awful time. They tried to get me to deal with the manufacturer direct and refused refund or replacement until in the end I had to start proceedings through my credit card before they eventually refunded.
 
I use a variety but have had good experience from Derby house in the past, hope valley, ingatestone online, and most recently equus which has a really nice range of posh breeches and a lot of hkm stuff. Also stated getting into matchy matchy lately, and follow FFM (fur feather meds) online and have bought from Liz - Moore Than Pet Supplies on the MM FB page.
 
Robinson are good for basics and like the rewards points too. Never had any problems from Hope Valley, Burnmills, Old Dairy Saddlery and Redpost. One small gripe with Townfields was that my new toggi boots bought before Christmas came in a box so bashed it practically fell apart and I would have been upset if they were to be wrapped up as a gift for someone.
 
****** is awesome for cheaper prices on grooming stuff, leadropes, buckets etc, haven't ordered any more pricey items on there except Keratex
Buying my Keratx hoof hardener on there saves about £4 a time.
Amazing customer service and really clear website
Love that you can edit your order and delivery days are very clear and often earlier than advertised...which is always a bonus!

I love discount equestrian. Recently got loads of mucking out tools for £4 each from there and they are good quality. Their customer service is great too. Delivery was slow but that wasn't their fault they sent it for next day delivery on the 5th and I only got it on the 8th. I have advised them to get their money back on postage as it won't have been cheap for where I live.

Robinsons is good for generic stuff good low prices. Can't say I have had a huge issue for delivery though maybe I was just lucky.

I don't like ride away. Find them expensive and their website is horribly designed. Maybe i am just too much of a computer geek but i can't trust a company that can't make a decent website when 5 year olds can do coding.

I also like most people love amazon. Next day delivery low prices great customer service what's not to love?

I like equestrian clearance too. Awesome prices and quick delivery. Good range of products too. Bought from their stand at Blair too haha went looking got chaps and came away with a saddle cloth and socks. I never did find chaps at Blair... found lots of other stuff though :p
