Was just wondering what everyones worming routine is as Ethel is the first horse I've owned, the others have been loans so left owners to worm, and I thought I knew all about worming but recently um doubting myself. I've been trying to go along with the person I share the field with but tbh she doesn't seem to know what she's doing either. As they have now been seperated I worked mine today with Equest but was wondering when to do her next and when?? So what is your worming schedule?

I do a worm count for mine every 3 months, and then worm in the Autumn with one of the "kills everything" wormers!!

Obviously, they have negative worm counts....if they showed evidence of worms I would worm accordingly.....

i worm my pony every 4 months i think it works out to be and i cange wormer each time aswell because aswell as what horsecrazy25 said the worms can become immune to a certain wormer if you do not change it regularly

The vet worm counts ours three times a year, and as long as all the results are negative, we only use a wormer once a year in September/October time. We also keep the fields clean and they are poo picked daily.

I worm when Intellegent Worming send the stuff through - fab set up!!

I admit I don't have a clue, and I don't have the time to learn, so I pay someone that does to work it all out from worm counts and detailed questions abotu the horses & their management.
