whats yours wearing ?

All are out 24/7 (with access to shelters):

The Welsh D who has been hunter clipped, but its growing back in now (he's recently gone on his winter break) is wearing a standard neck WB Orican.

The TB x Luso who is hunter clipped is wearing his Rambo Duo with neck and inner 300g liner.

The Welsh x Highland 20yo is wearing nothing - he looks like a fuzzy teddy bear! He has a rug on in the worst weather but all rugs seem to slip on him so its comfier without.

The shetland 18yo has just had a 180g stable rug ordered for her as she comes in at night and has athritis so can get a bit stiff in the cold and standing about in the stable.

Fat hairy beasts (halfinger with neck and belly clip and unclipped rish pony) are naked out 24/7
Roughed off ISH is wearing a 200g fal with neck out 24/7
Fully clipped connemara is wearing a hw 360g rhino with neck also out 24/7

I have some rounds of hay coming in the next few days to go in the field as I find they stay warmer and keep their weight better if they have ad lib hay

Clipped out Dutch Warmblood wimp horse:

Masta under rug and Bucas heavyweight (450g) combo. I take the under rug off during the day when it is warmer, but I've left it on this morning, brrrr. Mark Todd leg wraps at night.

All in full neck medium weights during the day.
Connie x with blanket clip
ID x with full clip
Selle Francais not clipped
Connie and ID in medium weights withfull neck and a fleece at night
Selle Francais in a heavier medium weight with no neck.

I am really suprised about my unclipped Selle Francais she is only 3 and I really tried to rough her off and she was unrugged till mid nov but she hasn't grown a winter coat at all and really started to loose condition so I had to rug her up. She came in late last night and was quite chilly so may even have to up her daytime rugs too!!!
The clipped boys are both needing to be clipped again so once they are clipped they will be upped to heavey weights during the day and 2 mediums at night.

Veteran wimp pony who is chaser clipped has a medium weight and light weight and is out 24/7 but will be put into a heavyweight when it gets colder.
Yearling who suffered from rain scald last winter is in a medium weight and will remain so all winter.

B has cross between chaser and blanket clip which has mostly grown back (doing him again this weekend) and he has a 300g heavyweight full neck on.

H has chaser clip again almost grown back (will be done again at weekend) and she has a heavyweight rug on with neck.

Babies and mums (Welsh D's) are all naked and fluffy still, Spuddy NFX is naked still.

WB in medium weight as he is unclipped (being clipped chaser sylie tonight/tomorrow night) and Coloured in lightweight as also unclipped (being clipped chaser stylie also tonight/tomorrow night).

Bertie - unclipped ex tb. 360g weatherbeeta combo NZ and Derby House 360g Stable Rug.
Snoopy - Fully clipped (although needs doing again) Same NZ above. 400g MT stable rug with neck, both rugs have a 200g light weight stable rug.

Winston As above

Mine has Thick NZ on with his middle weight NZ under that - keeps his stable rugs clean that way LOL!

At night, he has a Think Polly Warmer on with another thickish Polly Warmer then a 430G Full Neck Polly Warmer.

He has a Full Clip with Clipped out legs and face too.

Min is not clipped at all (due to lack of a school he's not doing alot other than gentle hacks at the moment) and is in LW/MW combos (100/200g) or naked. Depending on the weather he's either in a full neck, high neck or no neck turn out. We've not really started winter here yet (sshhh

!) so they're still living out with the field shelter but I would expect he'd either be in a LW stable rug or fleece if he was coming in as he does keep himself quite warm. He's welsh x tb (though very much more of the welsh persuasion when it comes to central heating!
