hopefully many more to come, anyway!

We've just confirmed we're getting a Wheaten Terrier pupppy next month and absolutely thrilled!
Breeder has been very helpful in telling us about their temprement etc wondered if anyone hee has had any experience with them?
From what we'e been told and read about they seem like what we're after!

Also, it's going to be a long journey for the pup, we're heading to near manchester I think (bad memory) so any advice on making a long journey more comfortable/less stressful welcomed!

Absolutely extatic, haven't had dogs since the Collie's we had when I was about 3, I imagne this will be a very different experience!

I look after and walk a lovely one. She's cut a bit shorter than normal, so looks a bit different. They are lovely - happy, versatile little things, with a spring in their step all the time. V. eay to train, quick learners. The one I look after is lovely, if a little too bouncy, but that's nothing to do with breed traits. Good luck, I think they're lovely.

Here's a pic of the one I dogsit.

Oh wow, she looks gorgeous!
Her coat looks very nice that length I have to say but mum is insisting on having a hairy beast (though how long she'll stick wih that I don't know!)
The string in their step and happiness is what we're looking foreward to.
Thanks for the reply!

For the journey perhaps bring some toys for the pup, and water, bring water! Make sure you let her out at regular intervals because we know what puppies are like for peeing everywhere.
Ask the breeder to either feed the puppy very early morning or don't feed her at all because if puppy is car sick, thats another mess to clear up
