My mums looking for a wheelbarrow with solid tyres as all the ones she's had keep getting punctures.

Anyone know where there sold? Everywhere they were sold today only had silly plastic inflatable tyres.

Any help would be great

i got a couple on ebay for a reasonable price as had the same problem wth my B&Q orange barrow wheels
BUT..
..be warned - although good on hard ground (not quite as easy to push though) they are proving a nightmare in the mud so looking for more inflatables again - my rubber tyres were too narrow so sink in rather than spread the load over the mud.
Anyone know where i might get a 'ball' shaped wheel that will fit my B&Q barrow?

Rather than buying a new barrow, I bought a 'non puncuture' tyre from my local feed merchants and fitted it to my old bog standard barrow - cost about £20 but can't remember make, sorry.

It is not a 'solid' tyre and looks more like the inflatable type, so pushes fine through any ground conditions.

Best investment I have ever made as nothing more frustrating than a burst wheel barrow tyre....

i had a ball-barrow some years ago and it used to clog up but was ok in the dry.

i am using a b+q orange 1 at the moment with an ebay solid tyre,it`s my favourite.anything is going to be hard work in this muddy time,i get halfway to the heap then have to pull it.

ps i am the barrow queen(ask pinklenash :) )

argh yeah that's not a bad idea that, might have to buy a cheapy and change the tyre.

my mum was told the cheapest they had at b&q with a solid tyre was not far of £60 :/
