When are your horses coming in for the winter?

Mine are in at night now.

Old man is in at night all yr round. His choice! He's always on the gate by 2 calling to come in whatever the weather! Pain!! I make him wait till 3.30 cause im cruel :D unless its cold or raining! Then i just give in cause im soft!

Other boy was brought in last weekend and was clipped yesterday. So much nicer without that fluffy coat!! Although he isnt too happy about being in!
 
mine won't be coming in unless the weather is terrible.. ok.. its terrible now.. but they are rugged, warm and have plenty of room in the field so they can stay out...
 
My lad is in at night all year round to give him a break from the grass and in the winter it serves a useful purpose of keeping him dry for riding and giving his feet a break from the wet land. If it was not for him needing to come in off the grass as he has had laminitis , he would be happy out all the time...but he has to compromise.
