Nah its usually on the website before then... end of November ish. They've already mentioned a few of the early March events as 'schedule in preperation'
haha know how you feel though, im itching for next March!
yeah seen those, i should have done one at the end of this season BUT chickened out cos thought I hadn't done enough xc, so did HT-D'OH wrong!!! should off BE instead as was pulled around HT on Intro course!
they're usually slow with the official schedule in the post but this year they seem quite organised - must be their new look website. does anyone else not really get on with it ?!
OK I admit that I am bored and can't wait for next season.
If you go into the BE website, click on the 2006 calendar then change the date in the address from 2006 to 2008 the calendar will come up !

They are obviously in the process of doing the changes but not complete.

So you mean I've just planned my whole season and now theyre going to change it? darn!!
I really, really hope Syde is genuinely back in the calendar though
They have put Powderham in so it must be pretty nearly there! Brave to run PN-A at a neew event. (Ok I know it ran 8 years ago but they are pretty well rebuilding everything)
Gatcombe (1) is Friday to Saturday how stupid is that especially as the I is on Saturday when most N are full time workers. Why could they not do it Sat & Sun?
Pontispool is now in September and is not running an I. I like Pontispool always think its a good upgrade course. Plus its the same weekend as Monmouth - AGGGGHHHHH massive dilemmas for me.
New one in Somerset Birkenhall - Blackdown Hills is there but I seriously do not think it will run.
Gatcombe (2) is much earlier in last weekend of Aug.
I ran in the PC section at the very last Powderham will be good to go back. It was very straightforward then!!
Note though there are 2 Pontispools with the first one at the orginal date still holding an I. I would think they have moved Gatcombe 2 to make Le Lion selection easier.
I would have been tempted to do a Pontispool I in September. Though the Sj would make me cry. Mind you I said that about Aldon yesterday thought the I xc was really nice! Mind you its not the xc its the damn SJ which is so awful!

The sj is *only* 10 centimetres bigger. It'll be fine!!
I'm cross cos theres virtually no April/early May INs I can go to
No early INs for me due to the dressage. Its not up to scratch at all. Plus Sj scares me so need to overcome my phobia. The plan is still for Chepstow 2DE then will see what happens.

Ha! Do you honestly think Moons dr will be up to scratch?!
My philosophy is that if I'm getting 50s at novice level its going to take years to reach a standard good enough to go intermediate so I may as well do an intermediate test whilst we're still crap and carry on getting 50s..... And yeah, I know that makes no logical sense!!
I'm just thinking that Syde is a really nice intermediate and if she coped with Chepstow 2 day she could do go there. There's no other suitable ints for a while after Syde so it would be that and then a holiday.
But I think I'm living in cloud cuckoo land- best to establish ourselves at novice first!!
