Hiya!

So Im very worried here. I short when eating hay when eating his mash he is fine, he eats as always. Butttt when he eats fresh grass he takes 3-5 bites and then tosses his head. And like this all the time. I have no clue what is wrong. Grass is now sharp - i would say he cuts himself with it. Mouth is clear, teeth are checked. Im just wondering should I get vet out. Im worrying that he is suffering in silence.

Slightly out-there thought, but it might be springtails (small invertebrates). Get down in the grass and move it around with your hands. If you can see tiny white/grey/brown dots leaping about you have plenty of springtails and they may be annoying him when they collide with muzzle hairs/skin.
