This week hasn't been great so far. My grandad who brought me up from birth died at the weekend and had the vet today for Ork's headshaking. Vet didn't have much to offer me apart from trying to order some drugs and telling me to continue my shake relief, happinose balm and nosenet combo. He says that many of his headshaker patients are particuarly bad this summer and new cases are appearing all the time so not sure what's going on this year.

Ork had a rug rub on his chest which has got really sarcoid looking in recent weeks. Got vet to take a look at it and he confirmed his suspicion that it was a sarcoid and could see one possibly developing on the eyelid. Now after doing internet research I'm pretty depressed about the whole situation. Vet prescribing cream beginning with Z? Forgive me but I've forgotten the name of it in this week's madness.

Has anyone had success with flat sarcoids and cream/liverpool cream treatment? I'm trying to keep my mind active with treatments and organisation on the family side of things so any avenues to pursue would be most welcome.

So sorry to hear about your grandad!!

My boy has sarcoids under his chest/armpit area and one on the end of his sheath and we trialed him on a Zinc tablet once a day and on the sarcoids we put Zinc and Caster Oil Cream which i must admit did help alot!!

I never tried the Liverpool cream but i do knw that it can be expensive depending on the sarcoid!!!

Hope this is some help!! x Hope your wk gets better x
