I was meant to be ODEing the highland at Isleham today but due to my land rover deciding to bleed diesel all over my drive for the last few days, that just wasn't going to happen So instead, I roped my hacking buddy into seriously childish games!

We broke out the [kids non-toxic ] paint and got decorating Then we went for a little hack and couldn't understand why people were pointing and lauging

I never said I was any good at art though


eta- this is a thread about the general issue of what one should do with horses when your competitive aspirations are squashed by logistical issues, and how one should cope with the negativity and depressing emotions which can be associated with this, not the content of these images per se. Therefore it does belong in NL and should not be moved to PG.

A woman after mine and OH's hearts! - we've been planning some fierce decoration on our blue-eyed white-faced bay boy and daughter's sec A with said daughter's face paints for the summer hols...oh yes, we make our own fun too! Great. Particularly like the Alba flag...we'll be doing the Cymraeg version!!!

Haha, nope, I don't do anything with it at all. Gets washed and the end of winter and if we're going showing (not at all this year) and occasional brushing if competing, which we haven't been this year

I want a go! Have a grey too, and a child with washable paints. I reckon a boy racer look would be good, 'subaru' & 'turbo', some dice on the chest. And 'passion, grace & lots of bass' on quarters.
