The Victorians had all sorts of animals hitched up and pulling little carts. Most often dogs and goats, but I have seen photos of Moose, Zebra, Ostrich, and even a cockerel!

Well done for giving it a go. Do look out for a proper antique little cart for him. They're surprisingly common, and don't fetch much money, as most people don't have the skills to train a driving sheep

My friend's sister used to drive the family goat. Sadly no photos exist (or not that I've seen!)

When I was a child my 2 pet sheep used to pull me on a 3 wheel bicycle! I seem to remember that steering was the only problem!
