When you leave a horse at the vets...

I see you're in Essex - I think I know what vets that Starla is at :D

If I'm right, I collected my boy after work after he'd been in for 2 days for scans at 8pm.

8am the next morning I got a call from the office asking very cautiously if I had done so - the vet had forgotten to tell anyone that he was being collected:eek:I wondered why his passport wasn't left out for me........

mm. Sounds about right...

Ah hun. Glad she is ok. (Finally!

TBH I would be having words with the practise manager PRONTO! The service you have received so far is appalling. I would be quoting the receptionist. There is NO WAY I would have left my horse if there was no-one around. Legally I think they would be treading a very fine line... What if something had happened to her and no-one was around.

I really do question that if this is the attitude of the Receptionist, what is the attitude of management? As in, its got to come from somewhere...

Hope your mare makes a full recovery. xx
