Whens your first foal due?

sorry if we have had this one recently i have been off with the flu. so as the title says whens your first foal due? our first is May but the mare is HUGE already!!!! from the hassle of last year for many breeders i think there will be lots of late foals...if you have a late one will you recover the mare or let her go round til 09?

Only expecting one - in July so no question of recovering this year, and I want to give her the winter with her foal in any case to give them both the best chance without any other interference.

We will then assess the following spring if another foal is the right way to go for her.

8th march, 10th march and 1st april until early july 12 due in total

I don't have any mares of my own, but my stallion's first foal is due on the 18th of January. Then lots more going right through till the end of July!

I'm really looking forward to visiting all the foalies. Non-horsey hubby, who will have to drive me all over the country (and to Belgium), is rather less enthusiastic LOL!

Our first is due on the 10th January!!! I pray everything is OK. As you'll see by the breeding, this is an eagerly anticipated foal.

My first is a Stravinsky foal out of one of my coloured mares - due in mid April. Am looking forward to see how he crosses onto her, and am guessing it'll be bay and white, probably a colt.

My first foal is due at the end of April and my last is due in July.
