Why is it so hard to find an arab to ride? There are so many for sale that are unbroken, but hardly any that are just regular riding horses. I have been looking in vain for about 6 months now (for a 15 hand, grey preferably, beautiful sane and friendly arab). Admittedly I am a relative novice (returned to riding about 18 months ago, expert backup), but even so should it be impossible to find one? On the arab sites everyone sings their praises as riding horses, but this does not seem to translate into real horses for sale. I have considered a non arab, but this is my lifetime horse and for some reason that has to be an arab. There is an oldie for sale who looks very nice, but so far away. I only want to hack, a bit of schooling, and do some fun rides. Is it too much to ask?
