Where can I buy a Fluorescent,Lycra Skull cap/Hat cover?

My Mum lost her's on a bridle ride the other day - and I can't find one anywhere.
Plain fluo yellow if anyone can find one? Must be the Lycra stretch one though.
Also she needs a pair of the same fabric, gloves. Can't find them anywhere either.
They are made by Elico apparently.

Any help gratefully received!

Most good tack shops sell them I was looking at a couple of different ones yesterday they are about £12 -£13
