cant find one anywhere! our field's are so wet at the bottom of the hill its almost impossible to get a wheelbarrow through it with the hay. i suddenly rememebered we used to use these sheets on the college yard years ago, but havent seen any in local tackshops. does anyone still use them?

Hiya - please could you post a link to the one you bought on ebay? We've used muck sheets for years & have been great to carry the hay up to the field. They are showing signs of wear, so would be great to have another one!
If you could possibly post the link that would be great - save me loads of trawing through Ebay! Thanks

In the good old days we used to make muck sacks from discarded Bran sacks, but that is of course ancient history and you cant get the sacks.I was actually considering manufacturing them from the same material as builders bags, but was assured by the stable next door that no one would be interested

. So I am pleased people have even heard of a muck sheet/sack, and wonder how many of you use them.

I would like to know where to get them too!
I work at a point to point/hunting yard...and we always use sheets to much out onto which was a bit of a new thing for me.

But now I use them all the time at work I now want to muck my own horse out with one instead of a wheelbarrow!
