Where can I buy 'hanging e' stirrup bars?

I'll buy one of these and take it apart if I have to but they're not in stock at the moment. Wondered if I can buy just the bars? Have tried Abbey England and searched various other saddlery suppliers to no avail. They are on quite a few different makes of saddle so clearly available from somewhere!!
