Where can I find a place like this? Also in NL

We have been looking for a property in Warwickshire for a few years now, and found nothing suitable, or always to expensive.
Does anyone know of anywhere suitable?
Ideally need to find land 15+ acres, with a barn on it. If it has a house with it, then it could be a bonus, but would depend on cost. Looking to spend no more than £400k.
Anyone suggest where I can find something like this, or has something like this for sale?
Help would be much appreciated as i'm coming to the end of my tether.

Are you registered with all the land/equestrian property agents in your area? Most of the national horse magazines have equine property for sale sections.

Mind you, for £400K I'd sell you my house and garden... though the grazing would probably only sustain a rabbit!

try www.farmsearch.co.uk - you need to pay to view, but they have pretty much all agents and private ads on.
also www.farmproperty.net - this one is free to view, it might be worth putting a wanted ad there as they get plenty viewing and responses.

Thanks to all for your help.

An offer was finally agreed on a property on Friday.

Found a 3 bed house, with land (not as much as I ideally wanted, but enough, 6 acres, had to compromise somewhere) and stables. Woohooo. After 6 years of looking. (Sigh)
