I'll scan it onto my laptop and send it to you. Sorry it's a bit scrunched up it's a copy of a copy from someone else and been in my jods pocket. But it is the right test, I won't sabotage you!! Guessing you're at Borde Hill tomorrow too, in doing the Open and Intermediate.

I just did a search as I need this test too - where can i find it - i don't even need diagrams, just the movements
