Where can I find out about Equestrian Diversification?

There seems to be an increase in farmers diversifying into equestrian business - livery/competition yards etc. Where can I find out about farmers interested in doing this? I am looking to set up a new yard having been stitched up by current Landlords but can't find anything around my area so I thought maybe if I can find someone who needs help in a diversification project then that might be an alternative option. I've done general internet searches but have found nothing so maybe I'm just not putting in the right search words. Is there a farmer's site or maybe a site specifically geared up for diversification or even a forum somewhere that I can't find? Any help very welcome.
