Where can I get a fluorescent riding crop?

I normally hack out with a schooling whip but would like to upgrade to a fluorescent whip to make myself more visible. Preferably a longer length

I have some reflective tape and was going to stick that on mine, but this is better.

I use mine to keep the cars away from my horse and stirrups but sticking it out slightly as the traffic goes past.
