Where can I get the Intro B test?

I've got my first dressage test on Howie in just over two weeks but can't find anywhere I can buy the Intro B test?!

What website is best or does anyone have an emailable copy?

(also I presume its different from the USDF Intro B test -2011? i.e. the UK version?!)
