I used to have a copper mouth waterford bit that also had loose ring, full cheecks. All my horses went well in it especilay babies as it was such a flexible loose bit which fitted well.
It was stolen and im on the hunt for another but cant find one anywhere, they have the full cheeck but not as a loose ring, any ideas?

Not quite sure how you can have a full cheek loose ring bit  but I have found this

Hope this helps :)

Well its exactly the same as a loose ring but has the extended sides like a full cheek, even with the keepers on the side, it still allows more play in the bit than a normal full cheek. Ive only ever come across this bit once - I thought it was strange at first as ive never seen a full cheek loose ring either, not seen one since either.

In my experience the more play in the bit the softer the horses mouth, of course you must have soft hands to ride in a bit like this. Many will throw their hands up in horror thinking its a harsh bit but i think thats just the riders hands.

So a full cheek loose ring bit is called a fulmer and has cheekpieces like this one:

I've had a look too and Ellies_mum2 I think you've found the closest one there is.

OP could you get a tack shop to make you one if the one Ellies_mum2 suggested isn't the one you had before? I know that some companies do do that...
